Sounds so fancy, no? Hurray, that was our intention! Lol. Honestly, though. This salmon combines yummy lemon, dill, and soy saucey flavors. It isn’t trying too hard to be fancy, if you know what we mean. We’re not going to say OMG-YOU-MUST-MUST-TRY-THIS-RECIPE-ITS-INSANE! It’s just good. Try it and you’ll agree!
Side of salmon
Nice handful dry dill
1/4 c oil
1/4 c honey
1/4 c soy sauce
1/4 c lemon juice
1 Tbsp brown sugar
2 frozen garlic cubes
Add all to bag and marinate for few hours. Preheat oven to 375°.
Place salmon in a pan. Layer sliced lemon over the salmon.
Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm or room temperature with dill dip on the side.
