Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken cutlets
  • 4 Yukon Gold or white potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 (24 oz) package frozen broccoli florets
  • 2 frozen garlic cubes
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil, plus more for drizzling
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preheat oven to 450° F.
Place the cutlets, garlic, honey, soy sauce, and 1/4 cup olive oil in a ziplock bag to marinate while working on other ingredients.
Place potatoes on one side of sheet. Season with oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes, then remove from oven.
Add the broccoli to the other side of the sheet pan and season with oil, salt pepper. Place the marinated chicken in the center of the sheet pan.
Roast for an additional 20 minutes and enjoy!
