Some relationships in our lives are easy; they just flow. There are no unrealistic expectations and no resentment on either end. Then there are many who are experiencing difficult relationships. It could be with a parent, sibling, or even friend. In an unhealthy relationship, a large issue many face is how to establish healthy boundaries. Boundaries are extremely necessary to keep a relationship from turning toxic, or worse.
