So, we’ve been making this broccoli kugel for forever, and decided to post the recipe a while ago. A follower alerted us to the fact that the broccoli does not need to be cooked prior to baking the kugel, and this, friends, was LIFE-CHANGING. Ok, we’re breathing again. But seriously. Mix the ingredients directly in the pan you’re using to bake the kugel. No bowl. No mess. Win!

Ingredients:
1 bag frozen chopped broccoli
3 eggs
3 Tbsp mayonnaise
Salt
Pepper

Preheat oven to 375°.

Combine all ingredients in 5×7 foil pan (5 lb one) or pour into 12 muffin tins.

Bake for one and a half hours, or until the top’s brown.

NOTE: Many have attempted this recipe with variations and it’s worked out great! Try adding onion powder for flavor, adding canned fried onions to the mixture, topping with crunchy onions, or even making a two tone kugel by making the same recipe with riced cauliflower first! The ball’s in your court; make this recipe yours!
