Slow cooker, Crocpot (Crockpot?), whatever you call it, here are some easy dinner ideas for when you’re short on time, but you got your act together! (I mean, putting dinner up in the morning is the epitome of that, is it not?)
1. Honey Garlic Chicken
2. Teriyaki Chicken
3. Chicken Fajitas
Ingredients:
2 onions, diced
2 red peppers, sliced
2 yellow peppers, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
2 lb thinly sliced chicken cutlets
2 tablespoons oil
Spices, as needed. (Salt, pepper, garlic, paprika)
Add all ingredients to crocpot and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4. Serve with rice.

6. Pulled Chicken
This is what we call a non-recipe-recipe. Add diced onions, a pack of cutlets, and a bottle of your fave bbq sauce. After 6-8 hours on low, remove chicken and shred. Use in a salad or on sandwiches!
